LOST ANCHOR RV PARK GUIDELINES

GUEST POLICY

  • Check-in/Check Out times are flexible within reason.

  • 2 Night Minimum Stay

  • 21 Day Maximum Stay​

​

BASIC RULES

  • Only 1 RV per site allowed

  • Golf Carts, ATV’s, Side by Sides etc. are allowed in the Park to access the waterfront to launch kayaks or fish from the pier on the path leading to the waterfront and on the gravel road within the park.

  • No "Off-roading" or Horseplay on ATV's is allowed at anytime in the Park.

  • Small Electric Cars designed for Children are allowed, along with Bicycles.

PROHIBITED/DONT’S​​​

  • Mini-bikes, go carts, hoverboards and drones or similar devices may not be operated inside the Park.

  • The following are NOT permitted on the property: unlawful weapons, fireworks, firecrackers, slingshots, bows & arrows, pellet guns, toy guns or anything that could be mistaken as a weapon.

  • NO SWIMMING OR DIVING ALLOWED ON THE FISHING PIER OR FLOATING DOCK

TRAVEL TRAILERS​

  • Temporary Independent Travel Trailers will be allowed to reside in the Park as needed for the purpose of employment and/or hardships.

  • Only Self-Contained (Independent) Campers are Allowed in the Park. No Dependent i.e. FEMA Type Campers will be allowed in the Park.

CODE OF CONDUCT & POLICIES​

  • Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

  • No criminal or drug related activity in or near the Park will be tolerated.

PET RULES

  • Pets are welcome but must be on a leash when outdoors in the Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your reservation date.

  • Refunds for Early Departure will be considered on a Case by Case Basis.

Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Lost Anchor Park and Lost Anchor LLC absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Lost Anchor Park and Lost Anchor LLC from all such liability. Lost Anchor RV Park nor Lost Anchor LLC provides security, security Officers or Patrol of any kind in the Park, although we do monitor the Park via multiple security cameras.
